Fort Bliss is now under HPCON-Charlie by order of the Garrison Command.
90-Day Passes 90-day visitor passes have been revoked until further notice. Annual visitor passes are still permitted.
Anyone entering non-residential facilities or buildings on Fort Bliss will need to wear a mask or appropriate cloth face-covering until further notice. This includes all Freedom Crossing patrons and employees.
Cloth face coverings must be worn inside and outside of Freedom Crossing at all times. Outdoor and public places include but are not limited to: parking lots, sidewalks, patio dining areas, storefronts, entrances, exits, any and all common areas.
Retail & Entertainment
All restaurants are now open at 50% occupancy.
In conjunction with the Garrison Command’s Stay at Home Order, the following retail shops at Freedom Crossing will remain closed until further notice: Jumbo Park and The Grand Theatre.
Grand Hall Dining Area
The Grand Hall dining area is open with 50% capacity. Take-out/curbside operations are encouraged.
As of March 10, 2021:
There is no longer a limit as to how many people can be seated per table.
